SEO Content Writing Vs Free Form Content Writing
SEO content writing is all fine for businesses whose objective is to drive traffic to a website and advertise products. Generally that is the purpose of SEO and I have no quarrel with content writers who spend a lot of time researching keywords and filling their writing with those words to rank higher on a search engine. But one thing I can’t help lamenting is that the process of writing anything within such a restricted realm of words and phrases simply destroys the joy of writing and in some ways it also spoils the write ups.
Some might argue that the art of writing with restraints needs a lot more skill than writing freely. Well, I am an old man and belong to the old school of thought. I never had to search for words to fill my write ups with. I wonder what the SEO content writers themselves feel. Do you enjoy writing with all these restraints or would you prefer to simply let your fingers dabble over the keyboard?
