Joy in the Morning
Here is a conversation I had with the emotion joy this morning.
Me: Hi joy, thanks for visiting me, you can put in more of an appearance, can’t you? How about being omnipresent?
Joy: Like all other things in this world, I too like to be valued. I can’t be omnipresent. If I were there won’t be a balance in nature. It takes all kinds to make a world. My compatriots like love, hate, jealousy and the rest have their place in nature.
Me: Oh no, don’t go all philosophical on me just when I am enjoying my morning cup of coffee which incidentally happens to be the time you visit me every day!
Joy: Ah there you go! So you enjoy your coffee. That is not my cup of tea. Incidentally you are confused. Coffee contains Caffeine. And I see you are having an entire cup of it. It is pleasure who visits you every morning. Don’t mistake him for me. I just came in today to tell you to have less Coffee and exercise more. I promise if you do that I will be with you through out the day.
