A VIDEO ABOUT SUPER BLOGGER CHALLENGE AND INSTACUPPA

In my post on green tea last week I had mentioned that before switching over to green tea I used to drink a lot of sugary milk tea all the time. Later I was diagnosed with Type-II Diabetes when I was in the mid-forties. In addition, I was also obese and suffered from high cholesterol levels. Fortunately, my brother-in-law introduced me to green tea at this point in time and I took to it in a big way.

To tell the truth I have quite a few health complications and take a lot of medicines. My drug intake is quite high though my doctors try their best to keep it at a minimum level. In fact, I am a bit of a walking pharmaceutical factory. Modern scientific medicine, unlike its counterparts in other systems of medicine like Ayurveda and Homeopathy, is based on chemicals.

This means that if you take a lot of medicines like I do, harmful toxins tend to accumulate in your body and lead to fatigue and weakness. This makes a person lose a lot of energy and renders it difficult for him or her to carry out their daily routine. The trick to keep oneself active under such circumstances is to find a way to constantly get rid of the toxins from the body. To do this my doctor advised me to drink as much water as possible throughout the day.

But I found it extremely difficult to consume just plain water all the time. Imagine forcing yourself to drink water every hour just because of medical needs! After a point, one tends to get fed up and gives up on it. But finally, I managed to find a product that helped me kill two birds with one stone. This was the INSTACUPPA Insulated Green Tea Detox Bottle. I carry this detox bottle with me to my office and also when I travel long distance. This ensures that not only is my body adequately supplied with fluids but I also enjoy what I drink.

Green tea is mostly water and serves my need for a high water intake perfectly. I like the taste and in fact, after some time I found it rather addictive. In order to have a constant supply of green tea, I use the InstaCuppa Double Walled Borosilicate Glass Green Tea Detox Bottle 450 ML with Steel Infuser Unit. This means I now have an uninterrupted supply of green tea.

And the best part of it is that, not only can I use a detox bottle for green tea, but I can also use it to infuse water with any of my favourite vegetables or fruits. An infuser can be used for preparing a whole range of detox drinks. Let me give you some of the details of this product.

InstaCuppa Double Walled Glass Green Tea / Detox Infuser Bottle

I am a Metallurgical engineer from IIT who has spent years learning about that wonderful alloy of Iron and Carbon, Steel in great detail. The infusion unit of this product is made of Platinum grade 304 Stainless Steel which is a very high-quality grade of steel. I can vouch for that.

The infuser allows a whole range of infusion methods. I guess all of you will agree with me that for good health, anything we drink needs to be fresh. And it is the temperature of the fluids we consume that is most important when it comes to maintaining freshness. This product has a  borosilicate glass infuser bottle which is heat resistant. This means that the temperature is maintained perfectly and you can enjoy your drink hot or cold.

Further, the infuser bottle is lead-free and a bamboo lid makes sure that heat retention is perfect. The infuser has a silicone lining which ensures it is air-tight and leakage free. There is also a thermos sleeve which performs the function of keeping “bottle sweat” at a minimum.

Many of you may not know what is bottle sweat. When a glass surface that is cool comes in contact with air at room temperature the water molecules condense and flow down the outer surface of the bottle. This interferes with maintaining temperatures. And above all, the product is easy to carry, whether you want to take it to your office or take it with you while travelling by train or bus.

In case you are wondering how to use this product effectively; for your information, it comes with an eBook containing more than a hundred recipes for brewing detox drinks.  What else do I need to say? This #InstaCuppa product comes with a one year warranty. It is priced at a very nominal Rs. 1349 /- (which saves you Rs. 650 /-). You can buy this product from Amazon here
The product I have described here is of immense help to people who have health problems like me and need a good amount of water intake to keep their bodies fit. But do visit the InstaCuppa site and look around. You will be stunned by the vast range of products lined up for your consumption. All these products are of wonderful utilitarian value. So what are you waiting for? Make a beeline to the Instacuppa site.
